Subprocessor categories
Cloud hosting provider: runs application infrastructure and related service components.
Database provider: stores structured customer, account, observation, feedback, report and audit data.
Storage provider: stores uploaded evidence, generated files and related customer assets.
Payment processor: processes card payments, subscriptions, payment status and billing events.
Email delivery provider: sends invites, setup emails, notifications, invoices and service messages.
Authentication/directory provider: supports login, identity, OAuth and optional Google or Microsoft directory integrations where enabled by customers.
Purpose limitation
Subprocessors are used only where needed to provide, secure, support, bill or administer EduInsight.
This summary intentionally describes categories rather than exact deployment details to reduce security risk.
