Using EduInsight
EduInsight is provided to schools and organisations for observation, feedback, reporting, template management, governance and related administration.
Public signup requests are trial requests only. A 14-day trial starts after EduInsight approves and activates the account. No card is required for the public trial request.
Payment options, including card payment and invoice billing, are managed from the logged-in Billing area for approved customers.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must ensure authorised use, accurate account information, appropriate user invitations and lawful handling of staff, observation and evidence data.
Customers remain responsible for decisions made using reports, exports, governor summaries and dashboards.
Customers must not misuse the platform or attempt to access another customer’s data.
Service changes and law
EduInsight may improve, update or modify the service to maintain security, performance, compliance and product quality.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Security note
These public policies intentionally use general security descriptions. We do not publish exact infrastructure providers, deployment locations, internal routes or implementation-level operational details.
This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure compliance.
